Information this demonstration collects

The website files in this demonstration do not include analytics, advertising pixels, cookies, contact forms, embedded scheduling services or other intentional data-collection tools.

Appointment links open the visitor’s own email application. No message is sent unless the visitor chooses to send it. The receiving agent would then receive the information included in that email.

Hosting and third-party services

A web host may create routine server logs containing information such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps. A production privacy notice must accurately identify the chosen host, analytics provider, CRM, form processor, scheduling service and every other party that receives visitor information.

Production requirements

Before deployment, the responsible brokerage should provide its actual privacy practices, contact information, consumer-request procedures, retention practices, sharing disclosures and effective date. Applicable California and other state privacy rights should be added based on the brokerage’s operations and legal obligations.
